About Us
Organic Clothes Ireland is an Irish-owned business offering ethically sourced apparel and accessories made from organic and recycled materials. Our products are printed or embroidered on demand and shipped directly from our production partners.
Ordering
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. All garments are made to order, so please allow a few extra days for production before dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)
Under Irish and EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, contact us at info@organicclothes.ie with your order number and reason for return.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not cover the return shipping cost.
- Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. your own designs) are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Return
- Contact us at info@organicclothes.ie within 14 days of delivery.
- We’ll provide the appropriate return instructions.
- You’ll be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the item back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any delivery costs.
We may request a photo of the issue to help our team investigate.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Our shipping rates reflect those of our production partners.
Orders containing items from different production facilities may arrive in separate parcels.
Custom Orders
We offer a custom print service for your own artwork or designs. These items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

- If any part of this document is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
